Operational clarity. Execution that works. Built to scale.

I partner with founders and leadership teams to build, fix, and scale the parts of your business that actually make it run  so you can stop being the bottleneck and start leading the way forward.

Whether you're launching something new or cleaning up what's already in motion, here's what I bring to the table.

Right For You If

You have a specific operational challenge with a clear start and end. You need deep expertise applied intensively to solve a particular problem quickly.

No two CPG businesses operate the same way.

Every engagement starts with understanding your unique operations, growth stage, and challenges. We tailor the scope and deliverables to fit your business, not a one-size-fits-all template. Whether you need hands-on execution support or strategic oversight, we build the engagement around what will actually work.

How We'll Work Together

1. Discovery Call

We'll discuss your biggest operational challenges, timeline, and budget to see if there's a fit.

2. Deep Dive or Audit

Depending on your needs, we'll either do a 60-minute deep dive (free) or a paid Operations Audit to assess your situation thoroughly.

3. Proposal & Agreement

I'll send a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. Once you sign, we schedule kickoff.

4. Kickoff & Execution

We'll align on priorities, set up communication cadence, and I'll get to work building what you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

I specialize in high-growth consumer brands across cannabis, CPG, DTC e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle. My sweet spot is companies doing $5M-50M in revenue that are scaling operations to match growth.

A full-time COO costs $200K-400K+ annually with benefits and equity. My fractional services give you experienced operational leadership at a fraction of the cost, with the flexibility to scale up or down as needs change. You also get someone who's actively operating other businesses, so I bring current, real-world experience, not theory.

Absolutely. Most clients start with an Operations Audit or Advisory engagement and expand to Fractional COO as needs grow. I design services to naturally progress with your business.

I work with companies at different stages. If you're pre-revenue or under $3M annually, an Operational Sprint or Advisory engagement usually makes the most sense. Once you're doing $5M+, Fractional COO services become more relevant.

We can expand your engagement at a prorated rate, or run parallel Operational Sprints for specific urgent projects. I'm flexible based on your needs, but I intentionally cap my fractional client load at 2-3 to ensure quality.

I'm based in both Los Angeles and Nashville, and work primarily remotely, but can travel for kickoffs, key meetings, or critical projects. Travel expenses are billed separately.

All engagements have a 30-60 day cancellation notice period. That said, I'm selective about who I work with. The discovery process is designed to ensure fit on both sides before we commit.
